Why do MLB catchers choose to wrap/tape up their wrist?
Im a high school catcher and i would like to wrap up my wrist like the catchers on MLB. Also why do they do it? Is it because they have wrist problems?
Pitchers throwing 85-100 mph at them is exactly why…….when that ball hits your glove it has a big force to it………also it helps keep their wrist more stiff so that it looks better when they frame pitches
