incline and decline pushups?
I’ve been doing 100 push ups a day and I’ve noticed that I’ve been a getting a more muscular chest but I have almost no muscle on my lower pecs. I’ve looked into inclined and declined pushups but I get mixed answers when I just google it. So which one works your lower pecs. And don’t just tell me to do benching.
Lower pecs? Nothing beats “parallel wide grip dips”. Try ‘em. They could be done with your bodyweight only. All you need is something to hold you up… It’s hard to explain. Just go to the website below.
